      Both keepers produce solid displays

Paul Jones was in fine form to help Exeter end a run of home defeats - and hold up Bury's bid for automatic promotion with a goaless draw. The Grecians shot-stopper - and Bury counterpart Mark Tyler - were both in fine form as the game ended in stalemate. Bury were denied a second-minute lead when Jones tipped Andy Bishop's 12-yard shot around the post, before Tyler - on loan from Peterborough to cover for injury to Wayne Brown - denied Adam Stansfield at the other end in a lively start. Jones was at his best to deny Bishop again from similar distance midway through the first half, while Bury goalkeeper Tyler turned away Emmanuel Panther's 20-yard effort in fine style just before the break. Richard Logan headed straight at Tyler early in the second half, before the Shakers keeper was at it again with a brilliant block to deny Stansfield just after the hour-mark. Tyler then comfortably clung on to Daniel Seaborne's header, while Jones held Paul Scott's header in the closing stages as neither side was able to get the crucial breakthrough.
