Stockport snatch late victory
Tommy Rowe's injury-time goal inflicted a 1-0 home defeat on Hartlepool as Stockport pilfered the points.
Rowe struck with a low shot from the edge of the area after dancing through a series of tackles to earn reward for a brave Stockport defensive display.
Stockport goalkeeper Fon Williams tipped a Richie Jones piledriver round the post, then parried Antony Sweeney's shot before pushing an Andy Monkhouse effort round his left-hand post.
Jonny Mullins also cleared a James Brown shot off the line as Hartlepool dominated.
After the break, though, County made more of a mark, and after seeing a header saved under the bar by Lee-Barrett, Rowe smacked a shot against the bar.
Fon Williams tipped a Brown header over the bar late on and Joel Porter also went close twice, but Rowe pinched the points with the late winner.
