New Espanyol signing Nicolas Pareja has admitted his delight after securing his 'dream' move to Spain.
The defender moved to Montjuic Stadium after leaving Anderlecht for €4.5million before the recent transfer deadline.
And the Argentine, who won a gold medal at the Beijing Olympics in the summer, is now looking forward to his career in La Liga.
"As an Argentinian, I always had a dream of playing in Spain," said Pareja.
"Espanyol showed a lot of interest in me and that is why I chose to come to this important team."
