Former Milan star poised to decide future

Former AC Milan midfielder Clarence Seedorf has been linked with a move to LA Galaxy, with his agent confirming a decision regarding his future will be made by Monday. The 36-year-old former Holland international is a free agent after quitting Milan at the end of last season following a trophy-laden decade at the San Siro. The former Ajax and Real Madrid midfielder had earlier confirmed he had received 'lots of offers' from prospective clubs, though he stressed he would take his time over a decision. Seedorf's agent, Deborah Martin, has since revealed that the midfielder is currently training with MLS side LA Galaxy, though she refused to confirm whether the club were preparing to offer him a permanent deal. It was revealed though that a decision regarding his future will be made by Monday at the latest. "Seedorf is very close to making his decision," Martin told Lancenet. "In fact, he has been doing this every day and his decision will be made soon - by Monday at the latest. "I can say he is enjoying the time he's been spending in California. "He has been enjoying training at LA Galaxy. But I can't say if that has anything to do with his future career decision."
