Great Britain stumbled to a second successive EuroBasket defeat, losing 76-71 to Belgium in Ljubljana.
Having beaten Israel in their opening clash, Joe Prunty's men have now lost their second and third games of the tournament with this loss added to one against France.
They were not entirely outplayed in this affair and had been level at 55-55 heading into the final quarter.
Belgium would have just too much for them, though, with Sascha Massot leading the way with a 15-point haul.
Dan Clark recorded 19 points for GB, but it was not enough to earn them a win and they head into Sunday's game against Germany with the stakes higher than they would have wanted.
